Justine Ehrensperger, Flute
Justine Ehrensperger, a flutist from Saintes in France, received a prize for flute from the music conservatory at Rueil-Malmaison near Paris in 2012, where she studied with Pascale Feuvrier. She was then admitted to advanced studies in music at Haute Ecole de Musique in Geneva, Switzerland, in the class of Michel Bellavance. After graduating with a Bachelor in music performance in 2016, she continued her studies and will receive a Master’s degree in pedagogy in 2018. Thanks to her poised, precise playing, she won the 2015 auditions for the National French Youth Orchestra, and toured with that orchestra during the summer in France and Switzerland under the baton of David Zinman. She also won the first prize in the French national competition organized by the municipality of Lempdes in the Puy-de-Dôme region in 2012.
